We decided to look for a property in Moraira as this is the place we love. As we had no idea where to start I asked for advice on the Moraira group on Facebook and was given Charlie’s Harris’s name. I was very sceptical as you hear such awful stories about purchasing Property in Spain. However Charlie was amazing she helped look and find a property and never pushed us into anything. We did come back to the UK and didn’t buy the first time but we kept in touch. We eventually found our dream home. Charlie helped us through every stage from viewing properties, going to the notary, finding a good solicitor and setting up bank accounts. Also the final signing at the notary with the solicitor and the vendor, and was always on hand to help with any questions. Finding Charlie Harris to help us with our move to Spain and search for a home has been a blessing. Charlie has dedicated herself to us in doing everything she can to find us a property.
